Building stronger communities through small-scale development.
SERI combines housing redevelopment, career pathways, financial education, and mental wellness support so families can move from instability to long-term prosperity.
Mission
To restore communities and empower working families by providing affordable housing, economic opportunity, and comprehensive support services that lead to long-term stability, homeownership, and generational wealth.
The Challenge
Many working families and single parents are caught in the middle-income gap: earning too much for traditional assistance, but not enough for stable housing in today’s economy.
- Vacant or distressed housing
- Workforce shortages in skilled trades
- Limited financial education and wealth-building tools
- Limited mental health support during major life transitions
The SERI Solution
Unlike traditional housing programs that focus only on shelter, SERI addresses the economic, emotional, and social challenges people face during life transitions.
- Redevelop underutilized properties
- Create workforce training and certification pathways
- Offer credit, homeownership, and investment education
- Connect residents to counseling, coaching, and peer support
Core Pillars
A holistic model that supports people and place at the same time.
Affordable Housing
Fix-and-flip redevelopment, rental housing, multifamily projects, modular homes, new construction, and live-work communities.
Job Creation
Training pathways in construction, real estate, property management, title, appraisal, insurance, lending, and inspections.
Financial Literacy
Credit repair, homeownership preparation, real estate education, business workshops, and mentorship.
